Job description and duties:
- Learn all aspects of our business
- Set appointments for our Directors via cold/warm calling.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to our selling materials and processes
- Develop and manage a sales force
Job requirements:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to have a portion of compensation tied to individual and team performance
- Sales experience a plus, but not required
- Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
